Is my bank login secure?Yes. Your bank credentials are never stored on our servers. We use Plaid, a world-class financial bridge, to create a secure, encrypted connection. All data is protected with AES-256-CBC encryption at rest.
Why aren't my latest transactions showing?While Plaid is powerful, banks sometimes take a few hours to "post" transactions. You can force a fresh update at any time by clicking the "SYNC BANK ACCOUNT" button on your Transactions page.
How often can I use the AI Advisor?To ensure high-quality, data-driven advice, the AI Advisor can be generated once every 30 days. This allows the AI to analyze a full month of spending patterns to give you the most accurate recommendations.
